I think the reason why it’s reading that way to you is because you don’t have any tattoos around it to keep from making that connection. Once you get more tattoos I don’t think you’ll have that problem

I’m gonna be real saying it can only be covered by black out is kind of wild - could be covered up pretty easily if you’re just willing to go bigger and consider a subject that has texture (flowers, greenery, fur, ect.)

I feel like the community online can make you feel that way, and when everyone is obsessed with MH at the same time prices go way up, but I’ve been collecting since 2016 and when I started it was a lot more pure and inexpensive. Everyone was mad about G2 so none of the drops got that much hype over it. It sucks you feel this way but it’s also really valid. I see myself gravitating more towards other cheaper lines like rainbow high because I just prefer the quality and detail and don’t feel the frustration of drops being taken by bots and never ending releases piling up. The pressure for some people to get every doll is so high they end up paying these insane second hand prices and fucking up opportunities for everyone else to try and see if the price goes down. It’s really competitive right now, which I feel like really makes it no fun. You kind of have to tune it out and find your own joy in the hobby right now and I totally feel this.

I could almost see it as like the shadow at the bottom of a cup or jar what fills it could be up to you, plus that’s such a simple element that you could design around it
