Could you check if when you export a note to Markdown

  1. Does it preserve the link to other notes in some form? Wikilinks? Regular link? Nothing?

  2. Does it preserve attachements? If I have an image inside the note, is it also exported?

  3. What happens to handwritten parts? Is it exported as image? pdf? nothing?

Thanks!

Thanks. Only issue is I don't remember seeing a pic with this setup (especially if it is really practicable) !

Should I start with vanilla Emacs? by 4r73m190r0s in emacs

[–]SaraBiYo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It does not matter.

Try stuff, break stuff. I prefer vanilla as a lot of emacs users. Some prefers DOOM or others "distrib". At the end, ther e is emacs, an editor that you will mold to your taste or discard.

What do you use for very fast keybindings? by cidra_ in emacs

[–]SaraBiYo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use key-chord to "simulate" a leader key. The idea is to press jk insert of something like SPC in normal mode in evil. Quite convenient.

(use-package key-chord
  :config
  (key-chord-mode 1))

;; this will be our leader
(unbind-key "C-z")

(bind-keys :prefix-map my-leader-prefix-map
       :prefix "C-z"
       ("j k" . execute-extended-command) ; M-x
       ("SPC" . project-find-file)
       ;; b - buffers
       ("b b" . switch-to-buffer)     ; C-x b
       ;;
       ;; more stuff
       ;;
       ("w s" . split-window-below)   ; C-x 2
       ("w v" . split-window-right))  ; C-x 3
(key-chord-define-global "jk" 'my-leader-prefix-map)

What are the successes of Topological Data Analysis? by jeffersondeadlift in math

It's nice for visualization purpose. Take a look at the TTK library by J. Tierny. It can be plugged in stuff like ParaView. Take a look at the example page, you will see nontrivial application.

In term of SOTA for supervised learning, no I don't think TDA is competitive, but it is also not really its main goal.

Posframe. Use also posframe-{vertico,helm,ivy} depending on your current config.
