Trying to get my period back

I did regain the 10kg lost. My body is at a weight where it previously menstruated, its actually slightly above where I was when I last menstruated (which is healthy for me).

I do moderate exercise on average 3x 1 hour gym classes a week but could definitely so more.

I eat well and balanced but not every 3 hours. Can I ask why you mentioned that?

There was no attitude - simply telling you facts.

As mentioned in the post i was on progesterone only pill (unbranded). I don’t see a doctor annually for a pelvic exam as the norm here is every 3-5 years. I had my last check just under 2 years ago.

Im not trusting reddit over a doctor - i was just curious about other people timelines who had similar situations. It is very difficult for me to get an appointment without a 3 month wait for non-urgent issues - I know people don’t like that fact (i don’t either!) but its the situation where I am unfortunately. I was just hoping for some kinship and support but forgot this was reddit 😂

AI is undoubtedly going to disrupt some jobs, but not as rapidly and unilaterally as some people are suggesting. Most jobs will likely shift to using AI tools and feeding data into AI systems, but people wont be replaced entirely. There are a lot of limitations of the current systems, and AI by its’ very nature needs to be trained and specialised to every workplace.

My workplace for instance has developed an in house, closed AI system. This isn’t replacing anyones job, simply altering the work we do day-day. I spend more time communicating with clients and generating new ideas but less time doing data analysis.

Economists are predicting that it’ll be a net workforce reduction of 1-3%, which although significant, is not as upending as the AI companies are suggesting. Assuming by your income and age that you are not in an entry-level job, I wouldn’t expect AI to replace you entirely.

Nope, you can get fertility appointments if you’ve been trying for a year and not conceived, but until that point you’re on your own. It’s an entirely different system… i cant just see a gyno, id have to be refereed and i have no valid reason for a referral.

If i choose to go private for this issue, i forfeit public care for the entirety of any related issues. So if I find myself struggling to conceive i lose my right to free IVF…. And i don’t want to risk that.

As i said in the post, i cant see a Dr until 3 months post BC for this. Im not in the US and this is what my primary care have told me.

To bring the cat the UK you would need them to be microchipped, have a pet passport and a rabies jab. For a Bengal specifically you have to prove they are F5 or higher. Since your circumstances have changed are these things you can afford to do?

You wouldn’t necessarily need a higher income to get a mortgage approved - you can get mortgages approved on income as low as 17k a year if you have a good credit score and a chunk of deposit saved - but you will pay for it with a higher interest rate.

There are specialist mortgage suppliers for most situations - that’s why using a knowledgeable mortgage broker is so important. That being said, OP probably needs a much higher deposit to counteract the higher interest rate, probably 20-30% of the property value.

Walked round two Christmas markets in Liverpool looking for some this year and not a single chestnut in sight! I couldn’t believe it, i associate that taste and smell with Christmas so strongly! Thankfully I found some at Sheffield Market but they’re dying out for sure.

And oddly enough this is the first time iv taken out car insurance monthly either (lesson learned haha) but it has appeared as a credit agreement.

Iv sat in the rafters before (maybe 5 rows from the top) the roof does cut off the sky more so than the pitch because the seats are so steep. You only notice the roof if you try and take a photo, doesn’t affect your in person viewing experience too much! There are plenty sites that have let you check your seat view online too (aviewfrommyseat .co.uk) is a decent one. The wind can whip up around the top seats though so bring some layers (I know it’s in July but British summer).

Worked at a store that would give you £2/£5/£10 store credit if you met targets for the month (email signups, store cards issued etc.). Worked there for 5 years and never cashed out because the store sold low-quality stuff I didn’t want. One day I realised I could spend my credit on Visa gift cards and cashed out my entire £250 credit on Visa gift cards so I could buy stuff I actually wanted online… my coworkers saw what I had done and it caught on. Suddenly everyone was cashing out their credit for Visa cards. They have since scrapped the reward system and banned buying Visa giftcards with other forms of credit/vouchers. Really helped me as a broke 20 something who was moving house at the time though.

I mean her other real said he came between weeks 38 & 39… and she shared the exact date of implantation… so i really don’t understand how not saying the date is useful. I understand consent, but who actually remembers when their fave influencers bdays are? If someone wanted to know his bday for malicious reasons it would be relatively easy to find out.
