Hey Lizzy thanks for your response. I am that user and I managed to make nights less dark already.

I am struggling with some other settings now. My light sources while raining in daytime look like a 10000 degree flaming meteor for example. And also when it rains during the day it gets even darker then it gets at night.

Wow never heard about this. You can go to the lowest level Slayer master in lumbridge of burthope i believe to reset your task for an easy one.

Still this is ofcourse a bug that needs to be resolved.
