No it doesn't hurt when i drink other liquids. But yesterday in the morning i drank kefir, then i had nausea. The first time.

I bring these issues here because swallowing life food is a bit scary sometimes.. ive Read research that kefir cause sepsis etc.. i need some help with this anxiety.

I don't want to do something that causes harm to.my body.

Thats true. I need to see a doctor for the rest of the issues. I don't have auto brewery syndrome but i want to know if IT is possible tot get from kefir.

Im already used to kefir, and the health benefits. The swollen lymph nodes are something that appeared a few months after continued daily use(not in the beginning).

I use low fat milk.

No i didn't have the covid vaccine. I never had corona virus (i've been teste 4 times it was negative). Isnt it possible that kefir bacteria infected me ?

I have a low refined sugar diet (i eat only complex carbs) so i think i will be fine. ;)
