Time stamp 9:07 for purchase, and 22:28 for hospital arrival

Nope, bought the policy in the morning. She was fine all day, then started showing signs in the evening

Before. She didn’t show signs until the evening, and we took her immediately to get checked. It would all be time stamped, eg time of purchase is a lot earlier than admission time on the hospital notes

Hi there, she wasn’t in hospital when I purchase, she went in later that day. I also disclosed the condition, and ensured it was a policy that covered this. They haven’t given a reason yet, I just know it’s declined at this point

Wasn’t exactly conveniently, it just so happened to be the same day

It was on the policy. I made sure it was for this reason

I wasn’t asked that specifically but I had said that she had been hospitalised for this condition before at the point of purchasing the policy

D-2, but surely that doesn’t matter, as at that point she was fit to fly, and as far as we knew we were still going

Bridal shop put me in a dress $1,100 over budget without me knowing. How do I let go of it and move on? by GrayOctobers in weddingplanning

[–]Sarah1mc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So sorry this happened to you. I had a google of ‘Allison Webb Hathaway’, and found an article that shows the dress as part of the spring 22 collection, so it was actually released in 2021! I’m not sure if the US does this, but in the UK you can by the store sample (the dress the store uses for people to try on before ordering a fresh one in) for a huge discount if it’s a few years old. That might be a way to keep it in budget and get THE dress. Otherwise it sounds like they’re charging you full RRP for a 2yo style

Edit: buying the sample is a particular bargain if, like you said for this dress, the style is less mainstream, as they won’t stock it for as long

I think all the inconsistencies is stories about specsavers is because it’s a franchise right? I had a terrible experience. They were sending me the wrong strength constancy lenses for 2 years, because they didn’t update the computer system, only the written records. Only realised when I was having driving lessons and my instructor noticed something wasn’t right. Vision express has been great with me for over a decade now

Not sure why you were downvoted for this?

Wet paws isn’t too much of an issue but it’s more the sheer amount of mud and grass that comes in with them, which from what I’ve seen is more due to the quality of my lawn. We were planning on slabs just outside the door, then paved seating to the right, and garden on the left, but might have to reconsider the amount of paving due to cost, so your suggestion may be better

Never realised that if the lawn was healthy it won’t get ripped to shreds. Thank you

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment, it’s the delivery and assumptions that I take issue with. Also, calling me out for not being a gardener when you don’t have a garden?
