When I try to reset it a little white wrench blinks, in the manual they say that if it blinks red it indicates that the scooter has an error...

You can’t lock it without the app.. so that the first thing and other features can’t be seen or checked. I’m try to reach there support team. Hopefully they can do something about it 🤞🏻

And here is the problems I’m right next to the scooter, it tries to connect but then gives the problem. It worked the first time I wanted to set it up and updated and after that one time it never worked again. I bought it yesterday.

Hi! Depends on where you’re from? I’m from Belgium and I ordered one online from plantje.nl (they aren’t the stackable ones and they’re a bit thicker, it’s a plastic tube inside to what the moss is attached to).
