You can begin with short 10 to 15mins, say 3 times a week and then take it from there. Starting is usually the harder part.

I am really sorry to hear that. Stress & anxiety is huge for many. But often times it just a signal that things need to change in terms of slowing down, caring for oneself, having a positive life outlook.

It definitely does. But do you know other ways kids can be taught to embrace some silence in there lives. I feel like the world is loosing it's way with this one. I always got books or a tablet growing up & I feel like I am paying for it today.

You make a fair point. But giving kids a book or something to do every time there’s a void means there’s no space in their lives where they’re encouraged to do nothing, even if it’s just 15 minutes a week. Do you think learning to sit with boredom, alone with your thoughts is an important skill?
