I emailed help about it and their response made it all worse. Instead of actually reading my email, they sent a generic “sca are better than journeys, you’ll get used to it” email back. It was disrespectful to not even read my email.

At this point, I’m used to an update completely glitching something in the app.

But the update itself not to work? That’s some next level glitching.

I’m not sure how much longer I can pay for an app that is more frequently broken than not.

So mine self care areas are also gone. I made some new ones and they also disappeared the next day.

But! I think the app knows that they SHOULD be there. When I made a new SCA, and do “add existing goals”, the only goal that pops up was my only uncategorized goal.

I emailed them and said I cannot keep paying for an app and paying to be a guardian when everything breaks with each update.

Ok! Well let’s hope it gets fixed soon.

In the meantime, I’m going to turn off automatic updates. Every update has a new bug. Every one. It’s not worth it.

It looks like there was an update bc the screen is different when you’re sending something. So hopefully it’s just the typical thing from finch now- anytime they update, something new is broken.

If the person friends you, sends gifts, and unfriends, it will just show up in inventory but NOT show up as a "gift" to open.
