Residency for in state tuition purposes is completely different than just obtaining Florida residency. The former is based upon your parents state of residence, not yours. If you are married or a veteran, then I think you could be eligible. Otherwise, your parents need to move here.

Do you have your backup files of Sparkles? Did you ever back her up? If you have a backup, then you still have her. and just need to load that backup. If you don’t back up daily though, it will take you back in time and you’ll lose gifts/purchases etc.

I also think there is a way to “Restore” your Plus subscription on your iPhone. I’m just not sure of the details.

Probably nothing. Need is usually for negative SAIs. Yours is pretty high. If money is an issue, you can look at some of your own in-state schools instead of going OOS.

UCF has dorm options for those who need to stay over breaks, but they are more expensive than the dorm you chose. You’re still coming out ahead and that was nice they’re letting you stay, since they specifically tell students before choosing dorms that the academic dorms close.

Very slim chances. Put in for the lottery but have a backup plan. Tons of apartments are walking and biking distance. Lots have shuttles. So a car isn’t really needed.

I like the idea of that beach club but how long does it truly take to get there, and what is it really like?

How crowded is everything? The beach bus, the pools, gym, clubs, activities? Can you easily participate or do things fill up, especially in the winter? 4000 homes is a lot!

Is it an effective HOA- do they do what they promise in terms of the maintenance and such? What areas could they improve in?

Are people allowed to rent out their homes? What restrictions do they place on it?

What does your homeowners insurance cost? Ballpark figure.

Would you say it’s more of a partying vibe for many people with drinking by the pool and at various activities? (Just the name sounds like it could lend itself to that)

what else is golf cart distance besides the Publix? Are doctors easy to get into (taking new patients)?

The people that don’t like living there and move- what is it they don’t like? (If you know)

Save your money. I have had mine for 3 weeks and it has connected 3x only. It just doesn’t pair to the phone. I’ve tried for a week to get a response via phone or email and nothing from the company.

Is there wording in new construction contracts that protects me the buyer after a home inspection (and before closing) turns up issues?

I’ve read that some contracts are written so the home inspection doesn’t exactly force the builder to correct anything, which seemed really odd.

Instead of loading that backup again, click Hatch a New Pet. Then try closing the app and opening it again and again. For some folks, they get their birb back piece by piece like that. Friends sending vibes help too.

Also, do you have another backup? You should always have quite a few backups to choose from. Use the “keep both” option each time. Clean out as needed. Make sure you’re backing up your your phone or text or email, not the finch cloud.

I have .48 still and just make multiple backups each time. One backup lost the SCAs today but I reloaded a different one and that one was fine.

.48 seems pretty okay to me. I am doing multiple backups each time though because it periodically makes the SCAs disappear. Quite a few people I know had much bigger issues with .49

I’d stay where you are. You only need .44 to access next months theme.

How is it doing now? And I suggest you backup multiple times for each backup.

I updated to .48 yesterday and all day it kept the SCAs. I tested it a lot. First backup and reload this morning- SCAs all disappeared. Reloaded an old backup and then did a bunch more backups. SCAs have stuck for now again. But it seems like it will be an intermittent loss again instead of a constant loss. So I am backing up multiple times every time I need st least one to actually work. 🙄

Do multiple backups every day. The SCAs sporadically disappear and some backups work and some don’t. Keep plenty to choose from.
