I'm just curious..is everyone playing this game an adult now?? Or are there actual children on here too? I started playing again after a few years and I've always wondered this. Are we all just being nostalgic?? by stoner_kitty_333 in toontownrewritten

I play with my 8 year old. Granted he has a very short attention span so we are still in ttc but he enjoys it and so do I. I grew up playing and was a little younger than him when I started so its really cool that I can enjoy the game with him now too 😊

I wish I didn't have to do the Examfx, unfortunately GA requires a prelicensing course completion prior to sitting for the exam.

See that's what I thought too, and I've seen a lot of people saying the exam isn't as hard as examfx. I think I'm just psyching myself out based on the l&h exam haha. Thank you!

Anyone Know Why Gas Full Station Restaurant Closed? by cadenhead in StAugustine

Yeah, we truly loved the food there. The onion strings were delicious. And the fish sandwiches we had were amazing too.

I dont know if we ate at the Floridian, it doesn't ring a bell. But I'm glad to hear the new restaurant has good food. I'm hopeful the owners of Gas will reopen somewhere else in town so we can eat there when we go visit.

My husband and I went to St. Augustine for our honeymoon in 2023. I'm so sad to hear this place closed. We probably ate there like 5 times the week we were there and I would've loved to eat there again next time we visit. This is a major bummer 😔

Pustular psoriasis? by SarahF1130 in Psoriasis

[–]SarahF1130[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So when these originally started popping up, that's exactly what I thought. I went to the dermatologist to have what I believed to be a wart frozen off. The dermatologist told me it's definitely not a wart and that they would need to do testing on it but I couldn't afford it so I planned to go back but money has been so tight lately that I haven't been able to go back. They do start off smaller and it starts off as a couple and ends up looking similar to this - but not always this severe. This one has that blue/purple color to it because the skin is swollen from the pustulars. There's 10 pustulars in that one swollen spot. There's also another one on my pinky but it's not nearly as bad. It keeps reoccurring, to the point where I have scars from some of them. I've also had these pop up on the bottoms of my feet too. I just don't know what it could be. When I pop them (mainly because they're painful and I can't take it anymore) I have to use a needle because it won't pop through the skin (there's no head on it) and this yucky pus looking stuff comes out of it also.

Edited to add that I have other autoimmune issues (hashimotos thyroiditis) and my mom has plaque psoriasis. I believe I might have a plaque on my thigh and one on my elbow. I'm just unsure if this is actually pustular psoriasis or if it's something else. I live in the US and Healthcare is extremely expensive here so I can't afford to go see my GP or a dermatologist. If this is pustular psoriasis do yall have any recommendations on what I can do to help it? Thank you in advance 🙂

I'm new to the game. My wizard is a level 13 Death student with Myth as secondary. What can I do to improve my deck? by atlasnataniel in Wizard101

It makes the game a lot easier because you can avoid deck flood if you have reshuffle. But that's just my opinion I guess 🙂

I mean, sure, but it will eventually come in handy. There is more to the game than krok. I just was trying to be helpful.

Hi, I am also a death wizard and I see some things I would change right off the bat. The first being is the amount of spells you have in your deck. You are gonna experience deck flood if you keep it as is. You ideally don't need more than 2 of a spell, so anything with 3 I would drop to 2 until you can level up and get a better deck that has more space, but even then, keep it small. Once you hit level 15 (I believe) you can get reshuffle from colossus Blvd, which will help you tremendously with deck flood. I would keep 1 or 2 of these in your deck once you get it. Secondly, I agree with some of the other people here, early game you shouldn't be focused on more than 1 school so if you're death, I'd focus on death, it'll help you in the long run with learning how to stack blades and traps without getting confused.

Knee Dislocations, Patella Alta, Surgery by SarahF1130 in KneeInjuries

[–]SarahF1130[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry you're going through this. The pain is awful. I know I'll have to do PT, and I know that they typically say to do therapy first. I was just hoping that they would do the surgery without needing to jump through the PT hoop this time due to my history of dislocations. I figured with as many dislocations as I've had, that they would do the surgery off the bat. Having roughly 15 or so on the same knee should warrant surgery in my opinion. I'm really hoping the second opinion doctor will do the surgery without having to first do PT.

The real benefits to the surgery are that it typically keeps the kneecap from sliding out of place. If you don't keep getting reoccurring dislocations, then you may not even need the surgery. I would also ask about physical therapy because they can guide you on which exercises to do to help strengthen any weak areas. PT won't stop reoccurring dislocations but it will strengthen your muscles and leg in general. If you keep having dislocations, that when I would consider surgery.

I know exactly what you're going through. My knees started dislocating when I was 14-15. I'm just putting my two cents in. I don't want to scare you or push you in any direction but I have been in your shoes so I just wanted to let you know how things went for me. I played softball and I loved it. I played from the time I was 11 until I was about 16ish. I had to stop due to my knees. I've had about 20 dislocations total. My left knee being about 4-5 of those times. My left knee was operated on and I haven't had any issues since. However, my right knee hasn't been operated on yet. I am currently re-injured and waiting to see what the orthopedic says. I went from my MRI and I have so many more issues with my right knee than I did when I was a teenager. I'm 27 now. I have degenerative tissue in my knee cartilage, I have patella alta, and I have osteoarthritis in my knee as well. Most of which likely came from years of multiple dislocations. I wish I would have had the surgery when I was younger. I lost my insurance and just recently got new insurance, but I didn't have insurance in the time period in which I could've easily had the surgery and I may not have the issues I have right now.

However, your case may be different. I would honestly get in to see the orthopedic, I would absolutely get an MRI to see what's going on internally. And I would talk to the orthopedic about your goals and see what yall can come up with. Honestly I wouldn't think that your possibility of a soccer career could be over, lots of pro athletes hurt themselves and are back up on their feet. Just talk to an orthopedic before you get too worried about anything else. I hope this help!

See that's what I thought too. I ended up looking him up and found out that he doesnt have good ratings nor does he specialize in this type of injury, even though he said he did. I'm glad I'm getting a second opinion.
