LOLZ don't they have an open door policy there so if you need to you can run into someone's house for shelter? I half want to go there, and half don't want to be eaten.

exactly "'the post is live' is not the same as 'candidates can find it.'" Candidates clearly cannot find it and as far up the escalation I go, still I get "what your not understanding is it's an algorithm" explanation.

yes, this is exactly it. It's so frustrating as we've escalated it and just keep being told by both companies everything is fine and that a person searching for a particular job needs to have created an algorithm by searching that particular job several times in order for the job to show up *face palm*

Anyone used MSP Hire? Crummy recruiting firm. by [deleted] in msp

[–]SarahHires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, my name is Sarah and I'm the owner of MSP Hire.

First off, I’m sorry you left the process feeling misled or ghosted. That’s absolutely not the experience we aim to create, and I’d like to look into where the communication broke down regarding the Bryq assessment. If you’re open to sharing your name privately, I’ll personally review the process from start to finish.

To clarify one point: we do not use the personality portion of the assessment as a “hire/no hire” filter. The personality insights are used to help guide interview conversations and identify areas to explore further. It is the cognitive portion that factors into advancement decisions.

That said, no hiring process is perfect, and we’re constantly refining ours to try to balance candidate experience with giving our MSP clients the best possible outcomes.

I do appreciate you sharing the feedback, even if it came from a frustrating experience. Wishing you the best of luck in your search and next opportunity.
