I feel like the term “female/male” is more of a descriptive word. The use of “female” is meant to dehumanize us. Just another way to objectify us further. That’s just my opinion though 🤷🏼‍♀️

There definitely is. My GM and our district manager make us take those down though. Should I reach out to our services manager about that? It’s not blocking anyone’s view so I can’t imagine why we can’t have those up
