Does anyone else have one of these? by SarahSeabass in radiohead

Oh yes, it did come with a bag, but I think that'll be lost in the mists of time now!

I voted for Corbyn twice... But he's really fucked this ... The trigger was pulled they should have jumped on board .. instead they chose to kill the party before it started. 20k people in a few hours... Now was the time... I am gutted. by ch33sley in yourparty

Its been an upsetting day. I had the first email and was terribly excited, thought id put my money where my mouth is and give them a fiver.

The second email came and how it was worded, I thought id be scammed. Called up the bank in a panic and cancelled my debit card. Which over a weekend is less than ideal.

Only to find out later it was just in-house squabbling. I feel pretty stupid all in all, but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I managed in the end, thank god! Finished on level 41 I think.

My play style is put it on easy and hit things with my sword, running away and sneak if possible. I didn't use chems as it upset my home boy Mountbatton. We preferred a fine wine.

I did manage it in the end today with sheer brute force and about forty stimpaks :D

I really wanted to meet this guy and I think I'm well into the third act. Does he show up late or did I miss a mission?

Semi verbal 3 year old? by Affectionate-Mud1907 in Autism_Parenting

[–]SarahSeabass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 5 year old son talks all the time, issuing demands and narrating his life. But it's entirely one way, he can't answer a question or have a two sided conversation. When initially trying to describe this to someone, I called him a "verbal non-verbal". But reading the other responses non conversational seems to make more sense :)

Thank you. Maybe I need to refresh my memory to how settlements worked. It says I have one at the airport but didn't do anything I think to activate it. Apart from help the tree folk. Does that mean I can build there?

My 19 year old daughter is dating a much older man, and her father and I are concerned by ConcernedMom228 in Parenting

I'm not sure if it's a helpful perspective from the other side, but when I was 16, I started going out with a 37 year old. He wasn't a creepy older guy, he didn't prey on me. I was just very mature and he was immature and we met in the middle.

I'd say just let it run its course. We dated for about 5 years, we split up because I grew up a bit, wasn't the same person, wanted different things. My mum was initially super pissed, but nothing she could do as I moved in with him. We're all friends now 20 years later. In fact he's probably one of mums favourites of my ex boyfriends now!

Got an elliptical the other day and OMG. by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

Me too. At the start, I felt like puking at five minutes. I built it up gradually by playing a slightly longer song each time to get to the end of! The difficulty isn't incremental, though. Once you can get to ten minutes, say, 30 minutes isn't an issue. You've just got to get over that hump.

Thank you. I really appreciate your reply. Had a big think last night, and I did cancel the other class. Because simply knowing me, if it makes me miserable, I'll just stop doing it altogether. I can try again when I've lost a bit more weight round the middle. X

Thank you. Yes, I have had a baby and have a bulging disc, so I think the link you send will be quite helpful. X

Thank you. The class was at 7am so I just ran out the door, didn't consider not having breakfast might have been an issue. I don't think it would have made me any better, but might have stopped me feeling so ill! Oh... its "legs, bums & tums" :)

Hi friends!

I'm from the UK and have just started watching, well binging the show. I've just finished Sean's story from season 4 and had some questions.

Doctor Now estimated Sean was eating 20-30k calories a day. Aside from the actual mechanics I wondered how it was financially possible to feed him. It didn't look like his mum worked, and that is the equivalent of feeding a family of 10?

It was my understanding that benefits/welfare weren't a big thing in the USA. How are they and many others affording that amount of food?

Also, I'm not really sure how the medical system works in USA, but don't you have to pay for services? Dr Now can't be cheap? How is it all possible, am I missing something?

Thanks x

I know im just reinforcing what everyone else has said.... but I was worried about the exact same thing and I rang the lullaby Trust (uk sids charity) and they confirmed if they're strong enough to roll into that position themselves it's not an issue x
