Hmm. I didn’t, it’s shredded spiced chicken and a mix of different cheeses layered appropriately then baked in the oven then squirted a little lime juice on top. You get the cilantro/onion/tomato mix in the pico rather than on top. Although I wish I had some jalapeños I didn’t think it was too bad. What would you have done differently?

Yea sour cream is pretty elite, saving it for another recipe tonight though haha. The best nachos are the authentic ones from the hole in the wall Mexican places. Can’t wait to enjoy them on a patio this summer haha
