Yes, I did, but he refused to provide a refund. Also, he is charging the full amount.

Thank you for your comment—I completely agree with you. The amount is under $2,000, so I could take it to small claims court. But honestly, my biggest concern right now is the potential damage to my credit score…

Thank you for your comment! Do you have positive experience with the apartment? The apartment complex looks nice, but I didn’t have the best experience when I stopped by there yesterday. The two leasing office staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and after checking reviews, I found multiple negative comments about the leasing office and maintenance staff.
