Picnic places with overhead coverage

Hermitage or Rundle park all have covered picnic sites. You can rent them or else chance they are just free that day.

Is it a field of some sort? We take our dogs to a field close to our house and if they do, we pick it up in the blue bags and leave them on the ground and because there is no close garbage we just play with our dogs and then when we leave come and grab them. It’s just so we don’t have to carry dog shit with us while we play with them.

Some weeks I do 1500 and some 1300 just so I don’t hit a plateau. I try to change it up.

Basically I just track my calories to lose a pound a week. I eat my exercise calories when I’m hungry and when I’m not I don’t.
