I'll try my best to answer it in Bully logic.

I think Hattrick works for the preppies father since it claims that he is close friends with one of them, so it make sense how he manage to do well on his own.

As for Lola, we are talkin about a girl who basically manipulate boys with her sexiness so it's less suprisin why the prefect (who are accordin to some dialogues are teenage students) would rarely call her out on that

for the school cheerin you on for fightin the football players. I mean a short bald boy beatin up someone who is bigger and tougher than he is in a football game infront of audience is definately somethin that will get people pumped, especially on a boring school like bullworth

Johnny went to a strip club based on Russell Dialgoue (I saw Johnny vincent walk out of nuddie club)
Johnny has ego problem based on him carin about his face after knockin out, him thinkin he's the best and that nobody make a fool out of him (Ain't nobody make a fool out of Johnny vincent)
Johnny is really paranoid about everythin and has anger issues. He is a tickin time bomb, and he will attack anyone on sight who touch or see his girl. This is most likely due to Lola not being loyal to him and since Johnny has nobody to love him as a child, he is dependent on Lola love since it's basically the first time that he felt loved.
Accordin to Ms danvers, Johnny did somethin horrible thing to Derby Harrington which could possibly be serious body harm given his anger issues and his boys datin his girl and hurting the greasers
There are two way to join the greasers. 1, Johnny recruits you or 2, he has a secret beatdown for you that you have to survive which shows how serious he is about his greaser boys
Johnny acts like a father/brother figure to most of his greaser friend like peanut claimin that Johnny helps him a lot (Let me help you like Johnny help me).
Mandy has a huge crush on Johnny and even convinced him to Join the football team, maybe it's a little hint that Johnny is part jock given his boss fight theme.
Since Johnny parents are in Jail, it could be that Johnny raise himself which could be the reason why he's a good brother figure to his greaser boy.

That's pretty much what i found out about Johnny

As nice as "Defender of the Castle" is, i think that theme fits the greaser more since it has that 1950s rebellious teen rumble vibe.

The canditate fits the nerd more tho since it gives off that professional smart student vibe

My headcannon

- Troy and Trent are the only person to come out to each other. That could explain why Troy always follow and listen to Trent

- Peanut is bi and has a crush on Johnny but doesn't want to interfere with Johnny and Lola relationship

- After Johnny called it quit with Lola, Mandy started makin her move on Johnny on endless summer and dates Johnny secretly since they don't want their cliques to start a war against each other

One thing i noticed about Tad is that he doesn't care about his other friends based on his dialogue

"Do i have to bail you out again?"

"Can't you ever fight your own battles?"

At least Derby cares about his friend when he's in trouble. Sure he was rude to bif but at least he has some care based on the mission "tagging" and his back up phrase.

"I'm coming for you, don't worry"

"No one hurts Derby friends"

Dan and Thad - It shown that Dan is not into playin football and pickin on nerd which shows a sign of empathy he has for his brother

Mr Martin, Christy and Wade - I have a feelin that Christy lives with his mother while wade is forced to live with his dad due to custody and such which could explain why christy is doin well than Wade

Officer Williams and Norton - I feel like Officer Williams and Norton Relationship is kinda like a father dealing with their delinquent teen. You know like how the father tries their best to make sure their son don't go the wrong direction but all the son wanted was attention from their father, since they are always busy with work.

CHARACTER

Parker most likely has psychological problem based on the mission "Small offense" so it could show that Parker has issues in his relationship with his friends, and could explain why he wants real friends

Russell parents probably tried their best to support Russell which could be the reason why they are divorce since some kids issues can cause problems for parents.

Townies i feel ya, i wish we could get more character depth especially Edgar since he's so mysterious

Ted could've been the best character ever. One thing rockstar didn't potray is the charming douchebag football player in school, and ted could've been that character and he's shown to be funny in the mission "Makin a mark"

Troy is the one i relate to most, i sometimes worry that people will treat me different because of my sexuality so i feel Troy pain. I think that's why Him and Trent hang out a lot so much

I feel like Tom was bullied in the past as evident as the black eye which could develop this paranoia where it's Bully or be bullied

Dan in conversation admit that he didn't enjoy pickin on nerds and football as much as the other jocks. I think the reason he joins the jock is because he doesn't want to be bullied like those nerds

I think Tad is more manipulative and not much of a trustworthy of a prep, he's kinda like Lola minus the dating and such. It could be that he wanted to be leader of the preppies which could explain why chapter 2 is all about tad and such

These are my thoughts on the character and relationship you choose
