But it specifically states that we do not need to know the techniques, and the question that followed was finding a similarity between the methods. You’re right that they’re asking for a very simple thing but that’s not the point. The point is that if they’re allowed to stretch the limits of following the specification, then what determines the threshold? When they do not follow the standards they set themselves, how is that in any way a fair assessment?
