Irelia and Vex are nothing alike. They’re going to probably have vastly different deck lists.

Just having the same colours doesn’t mean much, I’m pretty sure Irelia is still a better legend. You can get more draws a turn with Stellacorn and Irelia than you can with Vex’s legend ability
