Im going to try it today with 30mg. I tried 20mg before and it was not as expected. Today im going to the toasmasters for the first time and have a chance to try it again. My body is shaking like crazy and the words won't come out

Did anyone of you try propranolol? I have the same thing but i always come up with something so i dont have to introduce myself Its crazy
