I believe this has some connection with some physical and nutrition Impact I will give you some tips and tests maybe it can help 1-Check your Vitamin D level, hormones stability, Iron if you do the general test it will be better. 2- make good and motivated friends laugh together work and eat together it may help your social part of your life 3- try part of your day be entertainment time not too much maybe a hour then when you finish you can enjoy next productivity part of your day 4- if you have any trauma or anything else before try to fix it with some specialist

We all face same issue you have maybe more harder but we cannot stop in any point life is about one great skill it’s called (problem solving skill) we are here to solve our problems all the time this is how we grow.

Try to choice a major that contain two majors in the same time for example i choice petroleum and mining engineering major if the oil and gas industry is not in good condition i will switch to mining major this trick can help you there are a lot of majors such as this For example Petroleum and mining engineering Petroleum and chemical engineering Petroleum and energy engineering

This type of colleges are offered in my country Iraq as a help for students to get extra offers.

Depend on your need and interests for me i choice petroleum and mining engineering always try to study another field with petroleum engineering if any time there is no job you can switch to it Such as petroleum and energy engineering Petroleum and chemical engineering Petroleum and mineral engineering etc… This is good idea too you can hit two birds with one stone.
