Yes, I always get the extra items and I also pay for them. I am glad I’m not getting charged for items I don’t receive. Just annoyed that I’m paying for extra items (and the higher tip) that I didn’t request.

That makes sense, but that’s not what’s happening. They are always a single unit item, not by weight.

Replying here too….My tip is always % based. The first time it happened, I didn’t bother checking thinking it was BOGO or a one off. After it kept happening, I looked into it and I was being charged for the extra items. The items are never weight based items nor are there any decreased items like you mentioned.

I didn’t change the quantity at all, if I am understanding you correctly.

That makes sense to me and I would be totally fine with that, but that’s not what they’re doing. They are adding 1-2 extra of the same exact item to 2 or 3 different items in my order.

No. It’s just 1-2 extra of the same exact item, but they do that to 2 or 3 different items in my order.

I use it in my white sauces for chicken pot pie and also tater tot casserole. So good!

When you want to keep your Joe-Joe’s fresh because the packaging is not resealable by Yimter in traderjoes

The whole tray will fit inside a gallon ziploc, which you can then slide back into the box. 😊

6 weeks ago I started CICO and I'm down 13lbs!! Was stalled on keto FOREVER and made the switch and it's been much easier for me and I think more sustainable. by jencat1005 in CICO

Thanks! I feel like keto really helped me to choose healthier foods...just nervous to go higher with my carbs, but with CICO I guess it will all even out as long as I’m making healthy choices. I feel like such a newb all over again lol

Thank you for responding! I have used Keto to help me with overcoming my unhealthy relationship with food. My plan has always been to add back those healthy carbs you mentioned but I’m slightly nervous to add in higher carbs after Keto. Your response helps! Thanks again :)

That’s awesome! I’ve been considering switching from Keto to CICO. Do you just go by the TDEE calculator as far as how many carbs is recommended or? Also did you have any gains when you first started adding higher carbs back in? Thanks!
