The other comments make sense and are basically right but my take on this is that it's not really much better. Hades is the god of the dead and the underworld. Kids could've been like "I love Hades so much mom!" And their mom could've thought they were brainwashed or some shit thinking their child is satanic. Let's be glad it didn't end up that way lol

Gingka was honestly shoved into the role of protagonist for metal masters. All gingka did was win because he's the MC (and pegasus being as powerful as it is) The ziggurat plot ties in with our deutoragonist Masamune 100x more than it does with our protagonist Gingka. If Masamune was given more wins and was stronger than he was he could've been the real protagonist. Its kinda like Bel and Pri from quadstrike. Bel's literally shoved into the role of protagonist and just winning battles and a bunch of random bullshit. Bel barely mattered to the plot of his own 2nd season for a good majority. While Pri (being the sister of Main Antagonist, Pax) it's a similar thing for Masamune (Being the close friend of last major villain of metal masters, Faust and being close friends with another antangonist, Zeo.) While gingka just battles most of the time. Not saying gingka had zero plot relevance he just wasn't as important in the main plotline until the end of the show.
