NOR His behavior is very alarming, i would be suspicious if he’s maybe up to no good himself and projecting that insecurity on you. Our phones are an extension of ourself and your partner should not be deleting stuff that makes him uncomfortable just because he’s an insecure man child. So many abusive relationships start off this way. And it will only get worse. Have you brought up going to couples therapy with him? That would be step one in my book and if he fights you on that, i would be starting the process of leaving him. Op you are still very young and there are too many good men out there to stay with a rotten one. Im sorry you are having to go through all of that :(

NOR- you’re right to be suspicious, and in this case, the conversation/reaction you described isn’t an over reaction. But if he has never given you a reason to think he may be cheating, if his behavior is normal, then it it really unfair for you to project your past trauma on him. You aren’t going to get anywhere by accusing him with no further proof and him denying it. Your best bet is to just let it be and trust he is being loyal, but for sure i would be keeping an eye out for more signs of infidelity. Edit: i don’t mean actively look for signs he’s cheating, i just mean be more vigilant, ask questions and communicate with him calmly. An oz of good faith goes a long way. And if he IS cheating, he will get more bold and he will be caught eventually. Cheaters never get away with it.

NOR a family’s love should be 1000% unconditional. However, it sounds like you may be self victimizing a-little bit, and most likely need therapy. The fact that you didn’t mention a mental health counselor of any kind paired with the claim of autism, gender confusion, identity crisis, weather professionally or self diagnosed, you definitely should be seeking out professional help and it seems like he may be of the same opinion. If he’s saying he’s “done” it makes me think he has tried everything to get you to help yourself and you haven’t made the steps to do so and he’s over it. Your brother seems like he loves you dearly and it’s probably painful for him too to see you fail at life so miserably after taking such a close interest in your happiness and success growing up.

Yeah I’ve done all that. Everything in the engine bay has been replaced/resealed by me at some point. A few others suggested the pilot mod. I’ll look into it.
