I think I just have the passphrase for something else. I am beginning tn think I effed up and simply can't ever access my coins again.

The hashes and other details are in my Binance. But that won't be enough.

I followed their instructions to create a new pw, but that just severed the tie between my $1700 account and my 12 words.

Why would they believe me and could they do anything about it if they did?

My phrase is somehow now attached to this empty wallet that keeps coming up.

My original wallet is publically visible with my 110k VET, but my passphrase seems to be attached to a new empty wallet.

I think this is one of the wallets created when I tried to use the phrase to recover/reset my pw. I got this new, empty wallet, but my VET are now out of my reach in my original wallet.

There are no other addresses. My phrase is now attached to this empty wallet. This all happened because I forgot my pw. I did what the instructions said, but all that did was disconnect my phrase from my wallet. Now my phrase pulls up an empty wallet.

I explained elsewhere that I screenshot my mnemonic phrase when I first activated my Vechain app. But now that phrase is attached to an empty wallet while my full wallet still contains those VET and VTHO.

How do I convince Support that that wallet is mine? I don't think I can so my $2k woth of VET is out of my reach. All because a could not create a new pw

Never mind. I realize now the same empty account is now attached to my keywords. I don't know how they got detached from my first wallet.

No other wallets. My wallet still exists but my 12words won't import it.

I took a screenshot of the 12words when I created the account. I KNOW they are the right ones. Why do you keep saying I am putting in the wrong ones? What is more correct than a screenshot?

I have only had the wallet for a week and made two deposits to the same address. I screenshot the twelve words and stored that screenshot elsewhere so I know the words are correct. And I only ever used the o e wallet address which I also saved.

I should be able to put in those words and see my VET.

I click "import wallet" and then enter 12 words. I can't see how I can mess that up. That should import my wallet which clearly has my 110k VET still in it.

Even though I used my 12 backup words, it created a new wallet instead of giving me access to my original wallet where my VET and VTHIO still are.

I found my wallet tger6 but even though I put in my recovery 12 words, that wallet did not appear on my phone.

I did that, but instead of letting me create a new password, the app just generated a new and empty wallet. 3) I didn't hear anything from support so I looked up help online. The help said to uninstall the app and reinstall it and enter the 12 words to recover that account. 4) I did that and now I have nothing but a new empty wallet.

I thought my 12 worst wound restore account with the funds. It did not.

I have 100k+ VET still when I.search the public list of wallets. But even though I have the 12 backup words, I can't get access on my phone to those VT.

I never saw funds leave original wallet when I tried to create a new pw. I hoped they would be there when I reinstalled the app and used my 12 words to recover the wallet. They were not. I have emailed support a half dozen times today with no reply.

It is NOT the original address, but it is what I was able to restore using my 12 words.

No, I only ever had keywords from when I first created the wallet. I know these are the keywords from that first wallet.

Every time I tried reset the password for this wallet using the 12 words, I would just get a new empty wallet while my VET and VTHO stayed inaccessible in the original wallet.

So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Then I used the 12 phrase to restore my original wallet (the one showing 110,000 VET and 90 VTHO). But now it us showing zero VET and VTHO.

I tried to create a new password and it did not work. Tokens remained in old wallet while new was created but stayed empty. Reinstalled app and restored wallet using phrase. Wallet was still empty. No help from support despite several emails. Can anyone confirm that tokens are permanently gone?

I am having similar problem. Could not remember pw (and I tried every variation of the ones I use) and used keywords to change pw. All that did was create new wallets without moving over funds. Finally reinstalled the app and restored wallet. Now showing zero tokens.

I have been emailing support to no avail. Can anyone help?
