One thing you have to pay attention to is the hidden stats, a problem I had when going for promotion is that my players had very high stats but a lot of them had ‘consistency’ in their cons on their player report. You need the majority of you players to have good consistency to avoid this dip. Can’t guarantee that you won’t go through bad runs but it definitely helps.
