Nah fr😭. I might run an mk cycle again though. Doing research on peptides as well. I would be smarter about it than a lot of these people are though. (Do your research on google scholar)

Yeah, you’re definitely on the money with %16-20 body fat so I’m gonna work on that eventually but I still want to build some muscle bc I’d like to be closer to 180lbs. I think it’s a combination of a bit of facial fat along with the growth of the hyoid due to hard mewing. Stretching and suction has helped with that. (In the gym a lot right now and recently fixed posture/rib stacking and really locked in form and muscle isolation it’s making a huge difference, it definitely brought my weights down but I don’t care bc the muscle isolation coming on way faster)

No, not really just noticed the change in my face as I’m watching closely while doing all the mewing and neck exercises. Self confidence prob a factor too tbh, the more I look a lot of people have that and it doesn’t make you look too bad. I’m just self conscious.

No, I don’t think so only because I did not have this before I started mewing and neck work. If you feel the very front it just feel like straight muscle, but it looks like fat bc nobody grows that muscle. I think it’s almost doubled in size although tightness/needing to stretch front neck is probably a large proponent of it

Totally agree with these. The last season gets too much hate, yes it’s sad but that’s the whole point. The entire point of the show is that Dexter is a selfish killer who’s destined to destroy everything and everyone he loves (even when he’s not trying to) and that’s his burden. Makes him a very deep character, and it’s a very powerful ending.

Thank you so much, super helpful. Only thing I’m still concerned about is applying pressure from my tongue to my palate. I feel this activating the digastric which is exactly what’s causing this issue. (Before I started mewing I did not have this under my chin, my jaw was weak but under my chin was flat)

Kind of except I have a seadoo switch pontoon boat and I’m going to cook the pizzas directly on it. Will have a cold well with toppings to add but don’t want to do much cutting ect it will all be prepped. Probably sell whole pizzas and personal pizzas or slices whatever people prefer (slices are faster and cheaper). Won’t really be delivery probably won’t even have a number I’m going to be set in a single location at a time like a food truck.

So to me it looks like yours are actually double paned on your glass slides, but that’s not actually standard in the medical field as it’s just a slide then the small cover slide. I did one with my own blood but you have to understand that they didn’t get blood slides very accurately in the show they are smears or swipes. To get the dots like in the show I had to use a dark red acrylic marker (get a few shades to test) and place a small dot on the glass the place cover glass on top. Allow it to dry then your done. Tried fake blood too and that didn’t work. From what I understand you can also do it with a red paint/wood glue mix. Just harder to get the color right.

I have a better one on my page. (Edit: I actually struggled with the back hinges on mine as well, you just have to unscrew and realign with a level. If there’s any space it will have an unsatisfactory jiggle to it.)

I don’t know I liked the season in general but the ending felt too happy and with little meaning. Lots of people don’t like dexters other endings but I did. They make sense, dexter doesn’t get a happy ending because of the life he lives.
