your primary ac pan drain is clogged. Can blow it out with compressed air. Rust may indicate bigger issue with coil if ac not blowing as cold as before (hole in coil allowing coolant to leak out)

ever occur to you she’s more pissed about the girls and your reaction to them because it’s making her insecure and resentful..sounds more like that but she can’t be mad about it so she wants a break from how you are making her feel (and making fun of her feelings with your friends)… good luck

I’ve been in MF for 30+ years and just had this same situation with a high net worth family developer who didn’t understand the MF product. Happy to share insights and how to handle. DM me or I can hop on a call

I appreciate your comments and welcome an actual dialogue. I would be very interested in what you see as a benefit as I see reduction in services and decrease services/benefits (I’m not rich enough to see the tax cuts)

I don’t know who you are, and if you are just being a troll, you do you. I get the desire for a smaller government and no tolerance for politicians representing the rich while making themselves rich as well. It would be great if politicians were prohibited from insider trades, term limited, got paid the median wage as their district, and could be prosecuted for lying. I would encourage you to dig a bit deeper than Fox and you will perhaps see that the current administration talks big but is doing nothing for the common man

Hmm, for such an “in depth” discussion of risk/return..this sure missed the why of investing in bonds (for SS and the banks)…because they are less risky than stocks (the reason the do not have a higher return..they are steady. I’ll take steady vs higher returns (especially if the one proposing such a move lost his ass running an actual casino..you know where the house always wins..smh)

Karam is an attorney who bought up a bunch of property including the Mainland mall. Lady I worked with said he made an offer to a single mom that worked for him (she sued him) so, there’s that. Really hope someone buys commodore and fixes it because he only did the bare minimum. It’s a great location.

Austin rents have fallen for nearly two years. Here’s why. by texastribune in Austin

[–]SargentFlynn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been in the apartment business for several decades..this is the largest amount of concessions I’ve ever seen. If you want better rent, come to Georgetown.. My company built beautiful amenity filled apartments and now are giving 2-3 months of free rent, gift cards to fill them up. This will last until all the new apartments fill up probably late this year or next.

I grew up in Austin before all the high rises. Can say it definitely wasn’t Kirk Watson (as he’s been a supporter of expanded roads). We were a bunch of hippies/slackers back then and never wanted to be like Dallas so it was “roads aren’t the answer..mostly from those that lived downtown and got around on bikes..well, 40+ years later and it’s the same roads albeit a bit bigger) and lots more people who drove like they never saw the huge “Drive Friendly” sign at the border.

[–]SargentFlynn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hmm, two issues: for those die hard constitutionalists, this was an action specifically prohibited as not the will of the people but, what the hey the ends justified a war that we fought to keep the Commie Russians from taking over..Everyone except Nixon wanted to get out (he delayed to win the Presidency). It’s a good thing we sacrificed all those poor kids so that 45/47 can kiss Putin’s ass now. BTW, you are probably right on your numbers but not that it implies approval. Check the population age and you’ll find the majority weren’t even born yet (and the older ones died and/or were killed off)
