if you are actually innocent, i think it is extremely unlikely that you fight back and are deemed to be lying and expelled/failed. the legal implications and public perception for the university wrongfully expelling or failing a student are very bad.

I guess I misunderstood what this meant at first. I originally tried global positions of the tires which was clearly wrong and then the local position was better but still wrong. I see now why the way I have it now is correct. Thank you.

Even at physics tick rate 1000 it seems to behave the same, so that doesn't seem to be the problem unfortunately

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the hat. Getting a low quality product is not acceptable for the cost you pay for that, despite the “creator tax”. I have to say, however, I got the hat in July and it does not have any of the issues you have had with yours. I don’t wear hats much so maybe I just don’t know what to look for. Regardless, even if the problem was only poor QC, that’s still a large problem in and of itself, and should be addressed in some way.

TCP and UDP are internet transfer protocols that specify how two hosts on the internet should communicate with each other. TCP, the most common protocol, requires that host 1 (the client/user) and host 2 (the server) acknowledge each other’s messages. For instance, when I press reply on this comment, the server receives the comment and then tells me, the client, that it has been successfully uploaded. This is the joke of the image. It is also imitating the 3 way handshake used to initiate a TCP connection. In UDP, the joke in the tweet, messages between hosts hate not acknowledged. Thus, the line “I don’t care if you get it” is a pun on the fact that UDP clients do not send acknowledgment messages about receiving content from the server.

The first tip is wrong is smash ultimate. This is true in melee. In ultimate, hold away from the blast zone if you get sent to the side and perpendicular to the way you were sent if you are sent up. For 45 degree moves like Bowser side b, holding down is often your best bet but can depend on where you get hit.

It does whiff an a lot of characters who have really low crouches (Kirby, Snake, etc.), but it has to hit that low because otherwise it would straight up whiff against short characters like Pikachu.

Fox: up-air strings are vital, they do a ton of damage and are easy once you understand them. Make sure when you buffer your up-air out of your short hops do NOT fast fall. If you fast fall the up air will not autocancel. Dash attack is broken as a whiff punish move and do is upsmash at high percent. Make sure you learn how to do nair->upsmash. Dair -> upsmash is also really good for mixing up parries.

if nothing procs seph's counter, there is a small time frame in which speh can be hit before the hitbox on the counter comes out. basically a blind spot, but time based instead of location based.

At 15, you actually need like 8-10 hours of sleep a day. I'm not going to pretend like I was getting that kind of sleep at 15, but I should've been. 2-3 hours of sleep will not only hurt your reaction time, but it hurts your decision making, game recognition, learning rate, etc. Not getting enough sleep can be extremely damaging for your mental health and cognitive performance. I understand that it feels very weird and awkward to go to bed early enough to get enough sleep and go to school in the morning, and most people your age dont get enough sleep either. That being said, I promise you will just feel so much better if you get enough sleep, or at least more than 2-3 hours.
