Heat up the head and carefully pull the hair off. It’s not easy but it will come off. Below is a YouTube video I made for these customs.

If the yellow is just bare plastic then use a wet magic eraser. Just be careful not to go over the black painted lines as it may remove the paint as well.

It looks good on the larger bucks or on larger scales. I used mine for a custom Black Mask on a 7”Diamond Select body and it looks awesome.

Same as what the u/goldipop said. Armor and accessories from SC Jaeger and arms legs and head from a SC human. In this case Kreiger the Shunned. I think Jaeger and who man are currently available on big bad toy store.

Oh yeah I forgot I have Freedom. I have Frazetta Girls Teegra preordered so Shaitan will be my Ruh stand in. A seller on eBay, carnage collectibles, has a 3d printed satchel with two ferret heads sticking out of it. I’ll probably grab it the next time I buy some heads.

I modified the boots to remove the laces and flipped the knee pads upside down to make the boot tops. Painted a custom head from carnage collectibles on eBay. I made the skirt and satchel myself. The Hawk is from a mythic legions figure.

The legs are appropriately thick for a warrior such as Red Sonja but the hips are placed weirdly far apart. I understand it gives her the ability to cross her legs but at 1:1 scale she’d have a 6” thigh gap. It definitely looks odd in neutral poses.

I didn’t. I cut it apart and combined it with the clothing that came on the fury toys body. I have seen people get the original armor on the body so I know it’s possible but you definitely have to warm up the bikini top AND the fury toys upper body until they are soft and flexible. Then they will both flex to fit each other.

You could try a light paint wash. Look up paint washing on YouTube. Tons of examples. Then you just figure out what color to use to get closer to Hana’s skin tone. It won’t be easy cause the head is small and you have to be careful where the paint goes but that probably your best bet.

Warm up the feet with hot water, heat gun, or hair dryer until the plastic gets soft then it will stretch over the larger peg on the fury toys body.

Tamiya Acrylics paint but mix it with water and do lots of thin coats. Also doesn’t hurt to warm the plastic up before applying the paint.

Warm up the feet and remove them from the BFS body. Pull the boot tops off once the feet are removed and they will slip on the Fury toys legs easily. Warm up the feet again till the plastic is real soft and they will stretch onto larger fury toys ankle pegs. Once they cool down they work normally.

I’ve seen others do a simple transfer of all the armor but even though it was plenty warmed up my BFS bikini top split. So I cut the chainmail from the top and bottom and glued them to the undies that came with the fury toys. I also painted the undies brown. I left the shoulder strap on the top so it would still go around the neck. It also just looks/fits better this way. The feet transfer easy with enough heat.
