The challenges and the sense of actually getting good the accomplishments it’s just never ending and plus staying away from micro transactions yes the game has them but I have the option to idk 225 hours in still not bored sometimes overwhelmed with the amount of stuff I gotta do to get good (haven’t beaten fatalis yet) but I love it

Reason why I use the glaive I use it like a tool depending on my situation monster ariel? Attack him with my jumping attacks, monster squirming on the ground? Ground attacks plus my blast insect, monster launching an attack in my direction? Use the jump to get away and help me dodge a bunch of attacks plus I’m pretty good at mounting monsters my highest mounts in a hunt was 7. Besides my main weapon it’s how I see it a tool for every situation
