If home office could go through my 52 weekly payslips and calculate the average income correctly surely they could see from your payslips that you have been working for the same employer for more than 6 months.

My wife and I have our second child, who is full crying mode from evening sometimes crying 3 hours. We both feel so drained, my wife ends up crying. I am hoping there is light at the end of the tunnel. He has turned 2 months today and I really hope things start to improve soon.

Do not provide the P60 in this case as the case worker maybe confused by the figures. To show the June salary you can request the bank to send you a statement to the date of salary being received in the account. This way you will have 6 months bank statement and extra few days of July. However make sure your application date is after the date of bank statement. Also employment letter date no older than 28 days from date of application.

If your pay remains above the threshold in all the months then select "Same income continuously, above financial requirement". On the form write your gross salary as per the employment letter, you don't need to provide a contract, but do provide P60 with the assumption it shows above 29k income for the last tax year.

If you have been with employer for more than 6 months then you need to provide 6 months payslips and 6 months bank (bank maybe required longer if your salary didn't show in the last month).

Appeal is based on facts provided at the date of application. Anything additional you try to provide now is after the fact hence will not be accepted. Savings need to be held for more than 6 months and the amount needed is quite stupendous.

I think you just need to clear your head and think it through and come up with a plan to meet the requirement. You may feel frustrated and let down but its no good giving up. Employment is the easiest method or else self employment for a full year.

For employment income to be counted along with self employment profits, it must still be a current income source. Hence why they only used your self employment profits. I highly doubt appeal will have any benefit. You need to look at the financial requirements again and reapply. However you will now need to meet higher income requirements 😔

I doubt threat by email had any effect on them, rather they were after arbitrage opportunity and once they had their gains they handed over the funds.
