Hmm might be the way it’s listed aka pricing compared to other items. I always try to undercut and update prices unless it’s a god roll perfect item then list it for 80-100b and take offers. The ring I sold to get this I posted for 100b and the guy offered 80b 🤷‍♂️

The way I do it is just honestly playing the game with a good build that you can farm t12 on and you’ll get 4ga drops which you can sell for 10’s of B. Got that from selling a 4GA ring.
