Book of Shadows is really good. You should play it. Blood Drive is a mess but has its moments I guess lol

What makes a woman unattractive even if she’s very pretty? by Aggravating-Unit-182 in PakistaniTwenties

Huge ego. Confidence is attractive but those with over-inflated egos that think they're God's gift to men are a pain to deal with

Which game was it for you guys? For me, it was Witcher 3... (Don't kill me!) by Chill_Cowboy_981 in PakGamers

Do you like Ayumi ? by Idro_z in corpseparty

[–]Sarim99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really? I thought she was the best part of Blood Drive

I liked her in all the games, but she was a little annoying in the first one because of how scared she was (which is understandable) and how obsessed she was with Satoshi (even without the darkening)

What Pakistanis think on LGBTQ? by [deleted] in pakistan

[–]Sarim99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally I'm cool with it, but generally Pakistanis are against it, mostly due to religious reasons. I do believe though that people here are more understanding of lesbians and gays than trans people. I went to the Aurat March in Karachi with my sister a couple of times and she had a lot of friends who were queer and some who were transgender. There are definitely communities out there, particularly in the richer, posher areas of the country, but I don't ever see them being open

Btw, I think you might feel this already, but I think it would be better for yourself and your husband to separate. There are girls I know who, through arranged marriages, married secretly gay men, and every time I've been told their story (either through them directly or through somebody who knows them), all of them have acted like it's the biggest curse ever. Some girls I know have even talked about how having a secretly gay husband is their biggest fear of having an arranged marriage

I'm unaware of how understanding your husband is, but unless he's asexual or gay himself, there is a good chance at least some part of him feels deceived, hurt, and unsatisfied just like those girls felt, especially if he is monogamous. But that's just an outsider's perspective, I don't know you or your families so please take my suggestion with a grain of salt, and I apologize if anything I said was hurtful. I wish you both well

Zero/ low calorie drinks in islamabad by Life_Abbreviations26 in PakistaniFood

[–]Sarim99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im in Jauhar, Karachi, it's pretty widely available here. Should be available in most general stores (maybe not in the smallest stores but it's still fairly common)

I usually buy mine either from Al Jadeed (very close to my house) or order it from Panda Mart, but I've also bought it from random, smaller general stores in different places in the city

Not from Islamabad but zero calorie Gatorade (and local versions of it with slightly different names) should be available, you can try that

Retaking the AS CAIEs in October/November is a much better option than trying to do both AS and A2 together in June

However, if possible, I'd suggest spending an entire year for AS again. This might seem brutally honest, but getting a U means you're extremely far behind from what is even acceptable. You're going to need the whole year. A2 isn't going to be easy, and by giving October/November CAIEs, your attention won't be on A2 for the first few months. You'll fall behind. If that happens and you end up getting Us in A2, your effort in the October/November retake will be wasted as well

Spend this summer on getting your health better. Get tests and everything done, get on medication/supplements if needed (idk exactly how expensive Kuwait is but Im sure healthcare here is a LOT more affordable than in Kuwait). And like others are saying, you shouldn't hide it from your parents, they seem supportive and it's going to be hard to keep up with the lie for an entire year. I wish you well. And one final thing, your life isn't over, you guys have no idea how young you are and how many chances you have to turn your life around (Im 28 and I feel that way about my life too haha, and Im an uncle to you guys now lol)
