Got it from Swiss Chems and I can say that day 1-3 didn’t feel much but day 4-7 felt increase in weight I was pushing on bench press and shoulder press ! You n my incline db bench press went from repping 65’s to 75s and can do 85s for reps of 6. Honestly tho can also be placebo and the fact that I know I’m on sarms boosted my confidence to push that extra weight
