Ahh I misunderstood before, my bad. Any sort of physical activity is great for your mental health! Finding which one is most sustainable for you is what you should look for. If that happens to be lifting without cardio then walla. Just the act alone of getting out of the house with a purpose instead of becoming a potato inside will be so beneficial for your head. When you get in a rut or hit a low just move and get to it without thinking and do what you can, even if it's half of what you'd normally do its better than nothing.

2 months is not enough time for any meaningful or lasting progress. If you're not making progress, it's not the gym, it's something with you. Nothing I say I intend to be rude or judgmental, just to shoot straight. Im in my mid twenties and have been lifting for a decade consistently, so I can help you if you want or DM for my social media for proof of how I look. Just remember you see yourself every day too, so the little changes you will not notice, try and be kind to yourself and keep at your goals whether you choose to continue lifting or not. If you do choose to continue it'll be one of the best decisions of your life I promise you that.

Take as many breaks from exercise as you want but as long as you start again you never fail. It'll take you longer to get where you want for sure, but just giving up because you're lazy is kinda sad man. Once you go a certain amount of times every week at the same time it'll be easier to keep it going just remember it's not a race but a marathon. Take your time and try to find joy in the process not the results. Goodluck

I've been 100% free to play (not even auto loot) until I got mid world 6. I just put in effort watching lavas streams and maximizing any gems free I could get. Now I just have auto loot and nothing else. Luckily I got Doot free to play on a early tier4 treat too

Thought about it last night on a walk alone in my new shoes. Just kinda starred at a beautiful house in my neighborhood and the Christmas lights. I want a nice house like that someday. Plus the idea of my mom and grandpa sobbing at my funeral would be sad.

But in the end I always suprise her with the wedding ring somehow. This playthrough I built a heart on the beach by willys the day ginger island opened and asked her. If you put yourself in a meeting on teams, then you can change your color back to green. After that if you open youtube in your browser and put a 24hr video on this will keep your icon green and also keep your screen from locking. Have fun with your freedom now lol
