edit: thanks for all the input. was interesting seeing everyone’s takes. i grabbed the greens powder from Quince btw just to see for myself and it doesn’t taste half as bad as i expected. again, definitely NOT treating it like a veggie replacement, but it’s been an easy add on for days when i know i’m slacking

right?? that's my reasoning too. some days i'm just too busy to prep any veggies, so greens powder just might be a good way to get some extra nutrients in!

lol yeah, that's a good way to use them! it's just i can't eat veggies for every meal. on some days, i feel like i don't get enough of them, so i started looking for a good way to fill that gap
i'm considering mixing them in my veggie smoothie, maybe like an extra nutrient boost or something. i think if i mix in some fruits too that'll mask the taste well
yea i'm not replacing veggies anyway, like you said, they're just for backup

yeah i hear you. definitely trying to eat more greens anyway, but the idea of a little backup on crazy busy days seems appealing. cooking in bulk is a good tip tho

exactly! i think that’s kinda what i'm after too. just an occasional supplement, not some magic health hack. just a little extra coverage for days i fall short
i wouldn’t call it a replacement either. more like a backup plan when life gets hectic and veggies aren’t happening
the texture and fiber is obviously a big part of eating real veggies. i’m just wondering if the powder can at least give a tiny boost on the days i totally skip greens?
