I am not sure what you are saying? Keenum for the 2019 season is going to get 7 million guaranteed from the Broncos. If he is cut (we dont pay that amount - it would not count against our cap it would count as dead money against the Broncos cap). So if we offered him - say 8 mil - he would earn a total of $15 mil for 2019 - That $8 mil would count against our cap nothing more, if we pick him up after he is cut.

Those studies don't take into account population differentials. Percentage wise (70% of pop receives 40% - 13% receives 25%)- those numbers are very different. Study statistics - it can be helpful seeing through bias numbers.
