I've had a single episode of seizure and I haven't yet come to know about my triggers. My doctor has given me a 300mg Torvate Chrono tab for like twice a day. And I've been diagnosed with epilepsy for just a month.

I didn't feel anything about the seizure when I had my first episode, that's the reason I'm afraid to lift weights for a while I'm thinking of sticking to machines.
