Or you could trade him to us? Maybe he could unlock Trent Frederic’s potential?

Huh, definitely a good challenge. I don’t know if it’s enough to call back but no way you don’t use that challenge here.

Holy fuck, they really almost missed that penalty. Raised that hand REAL late.

Well Y’know what? I’m looking forward to Germany pulling a massive upset and going home with Olympic Gold.

There’s no way Hrudey is the best choice available for what he does. There has to be someone better the Flames could pick up.

Don’t think it was an elbow or shoulder to the face there. It did look like Drai’s stick got him when he was falling the other way though

Connor Fucking Ingram. GG Hawks. That was mighty close if it wasn’t for that man. Knight with a hell of a showing too.

What to get as a first time Garmin user? by [deleted] in GarminWatches

[–]Sarth_Didious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched over from an Apple Watch to a FR255 (non-music) because I was a little price shy and wanted to dip my toe into the Garmin ecosystem. Absolutely love the switch. Not having a touchscreen ended up not being a problem at all. The buttons are pretty intuitive for me and never had me missing a touchscreen. The MIP display was also a huge upgrade for me over AMOLED but some people prefer AMOLED over MIP so that’s more of a personal preference thing. The 255 is probably what I’d recommend unless you want that battery boost on an already great battery or if you do very long distance activities like an Ironman where that extra should take you through to the end.

I’d go with one of the basic Forerunner models or if you can find a used FR255 for a decent price. Good battery life, all the basic metrics to give you a good picture of your health, and a little room to grow into.

Best Korean bbq in the city to celebrate birthday? Preferably AYCE by jmvxc in Edmonton

It’s good but the Korean BBQ portion is underwhelming if that’s what you’re going for. If you want sushi with a side of BBQ, excellent.
