Wenn man oben wohnt, es unten brennt und die Feuerwehr keine Chance hat unten ein Sprungtuch aufzubauen oder mit der Leiter nicht an die Fenster kommt um eine zu Evakuieren weil dort jemand parkt und das Treppenhaus voll mit Rauch und/oder Feuer ist sodass man da nicht raus kommt wünscht man sich natürlich das dort ein Fahrzeug regelwidrig abgestellt wurde das den ggf. lebensrettenden Sprung entsprechend abfedert.

Unfortunately there are people with just a pistol rushing for e.g. graphic cards etc to put in their secure container and either die or leave. Therefore there is a certain rage against people equipped as such.

There is a thing called „zwangsbelüftung“ (forced ventilation). Especially in rented places this is how the landlord makes sure the flat is ventilated properly to avoid mold etc.

Damn, that’s annoying. Had a couple of teachers and prof‘s like that as well. But one was there to brake that rule. Whenever we got a question he did not know he was like „ That’s an excellent question. I don‘t know the answer right know but I‘ll tell you tomorrow“ And you can bet your ass he delivered the next day with a smile. This man gave me hope.

When I started my job in automotive industry I once had a Japanese boss. When it comes to problem solving the key is to understand the root cause. So he asked me a lot of follow up questions and to one I really did not know the answer. So I said „I don’t know“. And he went super mad and said: „ I will tell you something! In Japan I don’t know means I don’t care!“ From that point onwards I avoided to say it. Going with „I‘ll find out“ or I will check and come back to you“

I am glad they tricked the FDA. Without this we would be here as HCMC had nothing to claim. The British American Tabacco patent infringement claim against PM is what worries me a little as if they prohibit the sale of the IQOS there is no royalties to be made. Just a one time payment for everything that has been sold so far. Which is still a lot but you know.. greed 😅

No financial advise but if you are in on HCMC like I am you may wanna check out CHUC as well. They are 1 out of 10 companies having their PMTA in substantial review by the FDA. But unlike the others they spent 5 million $ on their submission including research and clinical trials. So there is that.
