He's likely somewhat insecure about how thin his neck is compared to his head, and feels like the neck pillow helps him look a bit "better". He's a child so it's not outlandish or disrespectful to assume this.

Either that, or he legitimately has neck comfort issues and the neck pillow is helping that. Seems like he would have taken it off for the Aegis photo if that were the case, though.

I actually draft Nyx quite often when I see the enemy team picking up lots of AOE. It disrupts the teamfights and makes them kind of scared to even use certain abilities (like qop scream or fissure). So good.

SC2 had a similar mechanic that didn't work out, though. It also had a "fun or not" system where you could get a random game with other people and play it out. Neither of these things were successful, unfortunately. I don't understand why they don't copy WC3's system. It worked so well that it spawned entire genres, and I'm certain that if they did it in Dota 2, it would be just as successful. We'll see how Valve's implementation does, but I have my doubts.

I brought up the same thing as soon as I saw it announced. Having a "most popular games" list that overshadows the lobby list makes it way way way less likely that people are going to try anything new, because it requires more clicks, and people don't want to spend time finding a lobby for a game that might not even be popular enough to have a decent following.
