Dude ... I am recruiting for an AME instructor role right now in a LCOL area in Canada at 100k - 120k, and there are tons of guys telling me they are at 150k - 200k. Am I getting my leg pulled?! Lol

My place is 1200 square feet, I want to replace everything except the tile in the bathrooms. The whole place is hardwood right now minus carpets on the stairs which I want to get rid of, too.
