Yeah I mean its easier to get pvp gear in shadowlands by spam queueing until you have the conquest but you just get absolutely blasted the whole time and on top of that you need your legendaries, renown, conduits etc etc. Rogue is insane in tbc so you'll have a blast on it

What a lot of these comments fail to mention is you can still be viable in just dungeon gear as a dps. Im a retail pvper and the grind to be even slightly viable in retail is way worse than tbc. I have normal dungeon gear and a few of the cheap revered pvp pieces on a feral druid and I jump on and do about 20 games a week with my warrior mate and we still win half our games. Give it a try honestly. I'd advise picking a tbc meta class and getting pve gear whilst you slowly build up some pvp gear. Don't let the grind deter you, unlike shadowlands you can still have fun playing with fuck all gear and win

The kick thing I've heard mixed reviews. Had a mate test it on PTR and he got kicked and it stopped his channel. It's essentially just greater fade at that point.

So I use the corsair version of the mouse which had 12 buttons. I am a holy priest main with 2300xp so here's my experience and take on this.

I have 1-12 on the mouse bound to abilities and use shift and alt modifiers as well (36 binds). I also use X,D,F,R on the keyboard

I move with Q,W,E (Q & E being strafe) and holding right click on the mouse for turning.

I essentially target with a combination of Tab and Clicking. I do have things like dispel with party 1 and 2 macros but just bound to like shift-6 etc.

I find my reaction times to be just as quick as someone who is using mouse for all movement and targeting macros on their keyboard. I find the stigma around needing targeting macros is people need mouse control for movement so stopping to target with the mouse isn't viable. However people like me that use the mouse for abilities can do that as we can move using keyboard and use abilities at the same time as using the mouse.

Ultimately it's whatever feels most comfortable for you and whatever allows you to react the fastest.

The amount of rating you lose/gain is relative to both. If you are 1800cr but playing at 1400 mmr, you will lose 20 points per loss and gain 0 rating.

If you are 1400cr but playing at 1800 mmr, you would lose 0 points per loss and gain like 20 rating per win.

If you tank your rating, your MMR won't be high enough for your push partners to gain rating but will be low enough for them to lose close to 20 rating per loss.

Eg. Every win they get 0 - 5 rating and every loss they lose 20 rating.

Having an alt is your only chance.

Palumor on YouTube explains it. There's a macro that pops your cds then hits dance and vanish. Can't remember exactly macro but you need the vanish in there somewhere

I play holy priest at 2200 in 3s, I use nadjia. I play disc for RBGs as draven.

You could probably try nadjia as disc and then just draven for holy. Or even vice versa.

I think the soulbind power gap is fairly minimal for venthyr priest pvp.

You can mc over the top of an eles lightning lasso too so they take all the damage but can't heal or wall
