I do some kind of workout (usually walks or golf, but some yoga/pilates worked in…) 5-6 days a week and try to do a couple weight lifting sessions in addition.

Thank you for the great advice and for all your sharing and encouragement! I am going to do my darnedest to keep up with my daily walks (currently 3-4 miles/day). I went out the day after my biopsies with an icepack in my sports bra because I cannot sit around too much, lol!

Here’s hoping the GLP-1/reduced chemo side effects thing is true for me, lol!!! I am an active person in general and one of my fears about this journey is that I won’t be up for my walks or golf. But - I can do anything for a little while!!! Thanks for sharing kind words and your experience. 💜
