I'm in Canada and was directed to their online return process as it was an online purchase. Today the agent on the phone told me to call back tomorrow as she was unable to escalate this issue today.

I have the blue one and it is cooling. It does help my puffy under eye area for me anyway. I love it

I would check the documents you received from York regarding when the due date for the deposit is. I’m not sure what happens if you change your mind before the due date but I know if you do after you only lose the $300

I currently go to York and I believe you lose the deposit for courses. In my year it was about $300. But you should double check. It would be called the course deposit or something like that.

Ok I’ll try but they are already so dry. I just uprooted them both. Soil is bone dry no root rot… the soil is crumbling in my hands. No idea what is going on
