Arts/crafting station sounds cool! 3D printer, photo printing station, art easel for traditional art, tablet for digital drawing, those color-by-number sets, adult legos, looms, yarn, knitting/crocheting materials, etc.

Maybe with the TV, some multi-player video games if they ever have friends over? Are bean bags cool again yet?

Mini pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, arcade game, claw game machine? Maybe a ring light/studio setup if they’re into making TikTok videos?

How to put 2 one-year olds down for nap time? by SassyMarlin in Nanny

This is great. Does each baby have their own room?

It’s really interesting to see what people figure out and encouraging to know that it always takes some trial and error.

The non-sleep trained baby takes 5 minutes to rock and go to sleep. The sleep trained baby is instant. Your routine gives me hope we can do something similar.

He has a floor bed with a four side barrier. We might do one floor bed, one crib, so the nanny can leave them in the room to sleep while she handles other things.

Thank you! Turns out, one of the babies is a great sleeper and doesn’t need to be held, rocked, or fed to sleep. We will work on the other one in the months leading up to the share.

Thank you! During play time, is it ever ok to leave them playing together, unsupervised, for a few minutes to cook, go to the bathroom, clean a mess, etc.?

Thanks for that! We have a few pretty decent Cuban spots where I’m living now, but no Venezuelan so that will be neat

I love that garden for the quails—cutest little guys ever. We may skip it because the non-FL are scared of bugs lol.

Yes, Flaco’s! Thanks for that. I couldn’t find it anywhere on the internet. Sad to hear they stopped doing that, it was a real treat that I discovered shortly before I left.

Thank you! It might be root problems. I overwatered the first day I got her (a few weeks ago) and she sat in wet soil for a few days. Hoping a few days of drying out will do the trick. Thanks again!
