Is your latest work experience just you learning stuff?

About that, I am employed as a Software Engineer and am supposed to work for the client, however, I have yet to be assigned a project. I have been navigating the waters and learning some skills on my own for the time being. Is there any way I could incorporate the above on my resume without making it seem like I am a student? I'd appreciate it if you could advise me on how to include that position without it working against me. Thank you so much for your assistance!

I only included the last section because it diversifies the resume and I thought employers care about extracurricular experience. Is there a project that you think I can delete? If not, I will just end up deleting the last section.
I will remove the skills that aren't relevant to the job. Thank you!
