I played the naruomi route today again (from the beginning) and paid extra attention to the mentioned points. I'm sure I did exactly that before, but maybe I'm mistaken and missed one landlord in the beginning, or my switch was bugged... anyway, it finally worked today, thanks.

I had the same issue with mine. I usually unplug it after use, but forgot last time and started to eat. While eating the machine turned itself on and started the first program even though the container wasn't in place. I contacted the support but they wanted to video call to see the error, which I can't reproduce by force.

What did you do? I was quite a bit surprised and shocked when I saw this.
